How it works

With ChannelEngine’s integration with MCF you can send orders from your off-Amazon sales channels to MCF for fulfillment.

  1. Begin by listing your products, connecting with sales channels, or managing orders, shipments, and returns on ChannelEngine.
  2. Then add the MCF Connector, which enables you to fulfill orders from other marketplaces with MCF as the logistics provider.
  3. ChannelEngine exports your shipment information and stock levels directly to Amazon while taking care of your other marketplace connections.

How to connect

Set up your ChannelEngine account

  • Upload your product catalog in ChannelEngine.
  • Add the MCF connector to your environment.
  • Select the regions where fulfillment services need to be enabled.

Activate MCF

Activate the MCF connector and initiate the synchronization.

Customize your MCF preferences

  • In your ChannelEngine account, choose “MCF Connector”.
  • On the Setup page, go to the ‘Plugin-specific settings” and configure them according to your preferences.
  • To accommodate for sales channels that do not yet allow MCF, enable “Block Amazon Logistics” as a carrier for last-mile delivery.
  • To set a desirable shipping time frame, enable “Set the shipment service level” and choose between Standard and Expedited.
  • To ensure that orders are fulfilled in unbranded packaging, enable “Only ship with blank boxes”.

Set up order routing

If you work with different stock locations, use predefined business rules to assign incoming orders to specific warehouses – be they physical or virtual.
