Fees applicable for Supply Chain Portal (SCP) merchants using Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) services

Supply Chain Portal (SCP) merchants may be charged the following fees for services as detailed below. There are two types of fees applicable for these merchants: 1) Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) fees, which are specific to MCF order fulfillment and 2) Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fees which are charges applicable for leveraging common FBA services (Inbounds, Storage and removals). The list below contains the most commonly charged fees but may not be comprehensive and is subject to change.

Peak surcharge	MCF orders during peak season	MCF fee	Surcharge	From October 15 to January 14: a per unit holiday peak fulfillment fee will be applied to all Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) in the US. As reference you can check the 2024 Multi-Channel Fulfillment holiday peak fulfillment fee, however, holiday peak fulfillment fees vary from year to year and are published annually.
Block Amazon Logistics as a carrier	MCF orders when seller opt to block Amazon Logistics as a carrier	MCF fee	Surcharge	Blocking Amazon Logistics as a 3P carrier at either the account or the order level will result in a 5% surcharge, which is calculated after adding any applicable lithium battery surcharge and/or peak holiday fees.
Outside Continental US (OCONUS) fees (MCF)	Applicable to MCF orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands	MCF fee	Surcharge	Any orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C. (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands) will incur a surcharge. The surcharge is 100% for standard-sized items and 200% for oversized items. It is calculated after adding any applicable lithium battery surcharge and/or peak holiday fees.
Lithium-ion battery	All products from MCF and/or FBA orders that are lithium batteries, contain lithium batteries, or are sold with lithium batteries. Monthly inventory storage fee	If the merchants’ inventory is stored in Amazon FCs, storage fees are applicable	FBA fee	Inventory management	Storage fees are charged for all items stored in an Amazon fulfillment center based on calendar month and your daily average volume of inventory.
Inbound placement service fee	If merchants’ inbound inventory by creating a shipment plan on Supply Chain Portal with less than recommended optimal number of shipment splits. Storage utilization surcharge	Applicable if storage utilization surpasses 22 WoC (Weeks of Cover).	FBA fee	Inventory management	Professional sellers with a storage utilization ratio above 22 weeks. Inventory aged between 0 and 30 days will be excluded from the surcharge.

Inbound defect fees	If merchants do not inbound inventory properly by creating a shipping plan on Supply Chain Portal	FBA fee	Inbound Event	An inbound defect fee applies to shipments that are sent to a location that is different from the shipment plan, domestic shipments that don’t arrive within 45 days of shipment creation, international shipments that don’t arrive within 75 days of shipment creation, and shipments that don’t arrive at our facilities within 30 days of the first shipment in a multiple destination shipping plan.
Manual processing fee	If merchants opt in to skip providing box content when preparing shipments on Supply Chain Portal	FBA fee	Inbound Event	If you choose not to provide box content information, Amazon will manually process your boxes at the fulfillment center and a fee will apply.
