Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) is a supported fulfillment solution for TikTok Shop - an important sales channel for reaching new audiences through influencer marketing and viral content.

MCF enables sellers to fulfill orders from any sales channel using Amazon’s fulfillment network while managing inventory in a single, centralized location.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- An active TikTok Shop Seller account with products listed
- An active Amazon Seller Central account with FBA inventory
Use an integration or app to connect MCF to TikTok Shop
To automate order fulfillment and inventory management for TikTok Shop, you can use one of many integrations, such as WebBee, AfterShip, Rithum, or LINGXING to connect your TikTok Shop with your Amazon Seller Central account.
To find the right integration for your business, explore MCF featured social commerce integrations or use the MCF integration selection tool in Amazon Seller Central.
Once connected, the integration or app enables MCF to automatically fulfill TikTok Shop orders from your Amazon inventory and provides tracking and fast order processing. Integrations may also provide real-time order status updates from purchase through delivery.
Sellers fulfilling orders via Amazon MCF may continue to do so via Seller Shipping without creating an Amazon MCF warehouse. No workflow changes are required at this time.
For sellers that do not have access to Seller Shipping, you must set up an MCF warehouse in TikTok Shop Seller Center if you want to fulfill orders using MCF.

Note: Amazon MCF uses multiple fulfillment centers. We recommend designating one central warehouse address in TikTok Shop Seller Center, such as: Amazon Fulfillment Center CMH2 – 6050 Gateway Ct, Groveport, OH 43125. For selling on TikTok Shop outside the US, enter a centrally located Amazon fulfillment center in your local region.
When managing returns for TikTok Shop orders, please do not provide an Amazon warehouse address. Amazon processes returns dynamically across multiple warehouses so it isn’t possible to list a single MCF warehouse address as your returns warehouse in TikTok Shop.
Instead, enter a seller-controlled return address in TikTok Shop Seller Center. For example:
- A 3PL or warehouse you operate that can receive returns
- Your business address (if you can process returns there)
- A dedicated returns partner
If you prefer to send returns to MCF, you can do so by processing them manually or with a third-party returns solution, as outlined below:
- The customer initiates a return via TikTok Shop, and the product is sent back to the seller-controlled return warehouse noted above.
- Locate the MCF order your Amazon Seller Central account.
- Initiate the return in Amazon and obtain the return shipping label
- Receive the return from the shopper and approve the refund, as applicable, in TikTok Shop Seller Center within the required timeframe.
- Use the Amazon return label to send the item to the designated Amazon returns facility specified in step 3.
- Once Amazon receives the return, it completes grading and restocks inventory according to Amazon policies.
Note: Sellers are responsible for processing TikTok Shop returns and refunds in TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Post Order Tracking Configuration
- If manually updating tracking in TikTok Shop Seller Center: Select Amazon Shipping + Amazon MCF as the shipping/ logistics provider and enter the MCF tracking number (AFTN and non-AFTN tracking numbers supported).
- If using an integration or API: Your ISV will continue specifying Amazon as the shipping provider ID and passing the MCF tracking number. No workflow changes are required. Order tracking will sync automatically between MCF and TikTok Shop.
