Amazon MCF for SHEIN App User Guide

Prerequisites

Before you start setting up the Amazon MCF for SHEIN app, make sure that you’ve met the following requirements:

You must be a SHEIN US Marketplace seller with SHEIN Seller Hub account and SHEIN approved product listings.
You must have an Amazon Seller Central account with inventory in the Amazon US fulfillment network.

If you don’t have these accounts yet, start by creating your Seller Central Account and SHEIN Seller Hub account. If you don’t have inventory with Amazon, add products to your Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inventory page and send inventory to Amazon. Prevent Double Order Fulfillment

If you already use another software solution to integrate SHEIN with MCF, such as an Order Management System (OMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), 3rd party MCF connector, or direct MCF API integration, installing this app could result in double fulfillment of the same MCF orders. We recommend that you do not use more than one software solution to integrate SHEIN with MCF. If you already use other solutions, you must either disable the MCF integration feature in your existing solution or ensure that your existing solution is configured so that it will not fulfill orders associated with the warehouse assigned to this app.

Also, do not use the warehouse assigned to the MCF for SHEIN app for other fulfillment providers. SHEIN assigns a unique warehouse ID to the MCF for SHEIN app and associates this unique warehouse ID with your MCF orders in the SHEIN system. The app fulfills the MCF orders based on the unique warehouse ID. Using the warehouse assigned to the MCF for SHEIN app with another fulfillment provider may result in MCF and your other fulfillment provider fulfilling the same order twice.

Please ensure that your other fulfillment providers are configured so that they do not fulfill items associated with MCF for SHEIN warehouse.

Set up Amazon MCF for SHEIN app

Connect your Amazon Seller Central account and SHEIN Seller Hub account to synchronize your product, warehouse, order and inventory data.

If you already have an Amazon Seller Central account and a SHEIN Seller Hub account, log in to your Amazon Seller Central account and navigate to the app installation homepage. Follow the steps to connect your Amazon Seller Central account with your SHEIN Seller Hub account. Provide consent for the app to access your Amazon and SHEIN store, product, warehouse, order, and inventory data. You can only connect one Amazon Seller Central account to one SHEIN Seller Hub account.

Complete your MCF warehouse configuration to fulfill your SHEIN customer orders based on your warehouse selection.

We recommend you create a new warehouse dedicated to the Amazon MCF for SHEIN app and set this warehouse as your first warehouse priority on the SHEIN Seller Hub. If the same product is stored in different warehouses, the customer order for that product is fulfilled by the warehouse with higher priority in your SHEIN Seller Hub warehouse configuration settings. On the app installation page, select the warehouse that you created for the Amazon MCF for SHEIN app.

When you update the MCF warehouse name on SHEIN Seller Hub, the warehouse name updates on the app setup page. Changing the MCF warehouse name does not change your MCF warehouse configuration setting unless you uninstall and reinstall the app with new warehouse configuration.

Correctly mapping SKUs between SHEIN and Amazon ensures that your SHEIN customer orders are fulfilled with the correct products from your MCF warehouse. The Amazon MCF for SHEIN app automatically syncs your Amazon and SHEIN product catalogs and maps identical SKUs. Mapped SKUs automatically activate MCF for such SKUs. The required time for this process varies depending on your catalog size.If your catalog size is more than 10,000 SKUs, contact your Amazon MCF account manager or the Amazon Seller Support team for additional assistance.

Once the automatic catalog sync and SKU mapping is complete, you will see a notification on the app setup homepage. Review the SKU mapping results on the SKUs mapping page. For unmapped SHEIN SKUs, manually enter the corresponding Amazon SKU to complete the process. To deactivate MCF service at the SKU level, click the … button next to the SKU and remove that Amazon SKU from Mapped SKUs.
When you add new products to your SHEIN or Amazon product catalog, the app automatically syncs the new products and maps their SKUs.

When you change the product title in the SHEIN Seller Hub, the app automatically updates the product title on the SKU mapping page. If you change the seller SKU number in your SHEIN catalog, you must manually update the new SKU on the SKU mapping page.

Inventory Update

To use the Amazon MCF for SHEIN app, you must set up and inbound inventory to the Amazon fulfillment network. Amazon uses the single inventory pool to fulfill your Amazon marketplace orders (FBA) as well as your orders from off-Amazon ecommerce channels (MCF).

The Amazon MCF for SHEIN app displays and fulfills orders with fulfillable inventory that’s currently available in the Amazon fulfillment network. Inventory that is in the process of inbounding is not displayed in the app or used to fulfill orders.

Once you complete the warehouse configuration and SKU mapping steps, the Amazon MCF for SHEIN app makes an initial inventory update to your SHEIN Seller Hub account . The app also makes ongoing inventory updates when inventory levels change in the Amazon fulfillment network.

Order Management

The Amazon MCF for SHEIN app automatically creates MCF fulfillment orders for SHEIN customer orders assigned to the MCF warehouse. The MCF fulfillment order ID is set to match the SHEIN order ID to help you locate a SHEIN order in Amazon Seller Central. The app supports partial order fulfillment when there is not enough inventory to fulfill the entire order. MCF can accept orders of up to 250 units and 100 unique SKUs. For large orders that exceed these limits, split the order into multiple orders and resubmit to MCF.

Once the MCF fulfillment order is created, cancellation success depends on how far an order has progressed in the fulfillment process. MCF does not support cancellation at the product item level for orders with multiple items. The SHEIN order status automatically updates based on the MCF fulfillment order status.

MCF sends the shipment tracking ID to SHEIN to help you and your SHEIN shopper track the order fulfillment and delivery status.

Uninstall the Amazon MCF for SHEIN app

To uninstall the app, click Uninstall on the app setup page. On the SHEIN Seller Hub, de-authorize the Amazon MCF for SHEIN app. After you uninstall the app, you can fulfill the MCF orders manually or use other third-party MCF integration products.
