Helium 10 acts as the bridge between your TikTok Shop and your Amazon seller account. For the products you map, it picks up each new TikTok Shop order, creates the matching MCF order in your Amazon account, and sends the shipping status and tracking details back to TikTok Shop. No manual order entry, no switching between Seller Central and TikTok Shop Seller Center.

In Helium 10’s Inventory Management tool, you link your TikTok Shop to your Amazon seller account and map each TikTok product to its Amazon SKU, so Helium 10 knows which FBA inventory fulfills which TikTok listing. You then turn on MCF order processing and inventory sync for the products you choose, and you can switch either one off at any time.

With MCF order processing on, each new TikTok Shop order is created as an MCF order in your Amazon account automatically. If the buyer cancels on TikTok Shop while the MCF order can still be canceled, Helium 10 cancels it for you. Once Amazon ships, Helium 10 updates the TikTok Shop order with the shipping status and tracking number. With inventory sync on, Helium 10 takes your available FBA quantity, subtracts the safety stock you set, and pushes the result to your TikTok Shop.

Because Helium 10 identifies every MCF order it creates as a TikTok Shop order, eligible US orders receive Amazon’s TikTok Shop MCF discount with no enrollment or extra setup. MCF orders created manually in Seller Central are not eligible. You can review your savings in Seller Central under Reporting > Analytics > Amazon Curated Dashboards > See All > Multichannel Fulfillment.

Follow the steps below to connect your TikTok Shop to Amazon MCF in Helium 10. The integration supports TikTok Shop US and Amazon.com seller accounts.

Before you begin, make sure your shop is set up in TikTok Shop Seller Center to ship orders through Amazon MCF. See Amazon’s guide: Amazon MCF for TikTok Shop orders

1. Log in to Helium 10 and connect your Amazon Seller Central account and your TikTok Shop account on the Connections page
2. Go to Inventory Management > Product Mapping and map your TikTok Shop to the Amazon seller account that holds your FBA inventory
3. Map each TikTok product to its Amazon SKU. Select matches manually, or click Suggest Product Mapping and review the suggestions before saving
4. For each product you want Amazon to fulfill, set Fulfillment Method to FBA (MCF - Integration), choose Standard or Expedited shipping, and set a Safety Stock buffer (default: 5 units). If your shop has more than one TikTok warehouse, choose which warehouse receives the synced FBA inventory
5. Turn on MCF order processing and inventory sync. TikTok Shop orders placed after you switch them on are sent to Amazon MCF automatically, and you can follow each one on the Order Status page
