- Cin7 imports orders from ecommerce/marketplace channels.
- After you receive an order from one sales channel, Cin7 updates the available inventory with all other sales channels.
- If you’ve set up order automation, Amazon MCF automatically fulfills the order from the selected Amazon warehouse, and completes the pick and pack process.
- On the Ship tab, select Special instructions to view the following information:
- MCF shipping service and costs.
- Packaging (blank box or Amazon packaging).
- Logistics (Amazon or other carriers).
- To send the order details to MCF, on the Ship tab, click Ship, and then Authorize.
- MCF processes and fulfills the order, and then sends the fulfillment and tracking information to Cin7. Cin7 updates the associated order.
- Cin7 sends the fulfillment and tracking number to the sales channel(s).

Create a Cin7 Core trial account
Connect your Amazon account with Cin7
- On the side menu, click Integrations.
- Select the eCommerce category, and then click Amazon (or search for “Amazon”).
- To add a store, click the plus (+) button.
- Follow the instructions, adding the necessary details.
- Click Connect to Amazon.
Connect your Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) account with Cin7
- On the side menu, click Integrations.
- Select the Fulfillment services category, and then click FBA/MCF (or search for “FBA”).
- To add a store, click the plus (+) button.
- To connect your existing Amazon channel’s FBA service, click Use an existing Amazon connection. or to connect to a separate FBA service click connect manually.
Connect your other sales channels
- On the side menu, click Integrations.
- Select the eCommerce category, and then select the sales channel you need integrated.
- Follow the unique connection instructions for each channel, and then connect each individually to Cin7 Core.
- After each sales channel is connected, configure the integration settings according to your business workflows.
