Amazon is always looking to bring the best and boldest offerings to businesses everywhere, constantly innovating to deliver better solutions, better experiences, and of course, better results. MCF’s newest capabilities are no exception, enabling enhanced visibility for businesses and their customers, plus unlocking new international destinations to expand fulfillment reach. See what’s new with MCF below:
Better visibility, better trust
When customers click “buy,” the experience doesn’t end at checkout. What happens between the warehouse and the welcome mat matters—and that’s where MCF’s latest delivery visibility features come in.
Photo on delivery
Delivery inquiries are one of the most common reasons shoppers contact a business. MCF’s new photo on delivery feature provides visual proof of where every package lands, automatically, for all eligible unattended orders fulfilled by Amazon Logistics across North America and the EU.
What does this mean for your business? Fewer “Where is my order?” exchanges, faster resolution times, and stronger post-purchase trust. Instead of fielding delivery inquiries, you can focus on what matters most—growing your business.
Since activation is automatic for all eligible orders, businesses can access and share delivery photos through their Swiship tracking page, via Seller Central, or by integrating directly via the Selling Partner API.
Drop point logging
Customer not home? Not a problem. When an Amazon Logistics driver hands a package to a neighbor, receptionist, or mail room clerk, MCF’s drop point logging shows exactly who received it. No more guessing. No more uncertainty. Just clear handoff details that keep customers informed and your support team unburdened.
Similar to photo on delivery, drop point logging is also automatically activated for all eligible orders in North America and the EU. Recipient details appear on the Swiship order tracking page and can be accessed by the business or customer after verifying the order destination postal code.
One app, global fulfillment
Reach more customers in more places: a high priority for many multichannel businesses today. For those using Amazon’s MCF and Buy with Prime app for Shopify, it just got easier. The app is expanding its international reach, now supporting fulfillment in the UK, EU, Japan, and Canada.
This update makes it easier than ever for a business’s Shopify store to reach customers in more countries. US-based businesses already using MCF can easily switch the service on in these new marketplaces. Plus, translations across Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Japanese can be managed right in the app. That means localizing the shopping experience without the operational headache.
So, whether you’re testing new markets or scaling an international presence, MCF’s Shopify integration removes the complexity from cross-channel fulfillment. Download the free MCF and Buy with Prime app for Shopify to get started.
New features, same trusted network
These launches share a common thread: giving businesses more ways to reach and delight customers while simplifying the behind-the-scenes work. Enhanced delivery visibility builds trust and reduces support volume. MCF’s international Shopify expansion helps open new revenue streams without new operational burden.
